Job Description

Join Sanderson Ford as an Automotive Driver / Valet and help ensure an excellent experience for every customer who visits our dealership. You’ll assist with valet parking, delivering customer vehicles to and from customer homes, and provide outstanding guest service while supporting daily dealership operations. This role is responsible for supporting the overall operation of our dealership, including vehicle movement, guest services, and administrative tasks. Automotive Driver / Valet Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in person, providing excellent guest service * Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests * Assist with valet parking and manage the dealership parking lot * Deliver customer vehicles to and from customer homes * Handle guest inquiries regarding vehicle service, sales, and dealership amenities * Provide accurate information via phone, email, or in person * Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with dealership standards * Assist with deliveries, errands, and other dealership tasks as needed Automotive Driver / Valet Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent required * Customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred * Ability to operate dealership mobile phone software * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles * Must be dependable / reliable * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
